It is important to feel comfortable with your therapist. My approach is non judgemental and respectful of your thoughts and feelings. Everybody struggles at some point. Reaching out is often the hardest part.
Consultation is recommended before booking the first session so you can discuss your concerns and determine if we are a good fit to work together. Therapy sessions are 50-60 minutes. It is recommended sessions are weekly initially to gain momentum, from there sessions can move biweekly and so on depending on your needs and goals. Direct billing is available for some insurance plans. Please see the FAQ section for more information on billing.
